A race director, and on-sight race officials will supervise the event.
Emergency Medical Technicians, and Wilderness First Responders will be present.

Teachers are encouraged to join their teams at the event but it is not mandatory. A “Teacher race” is going to be held!

Every student will be subject to a swim test, PFDs will be required while canoeing.
Medical forms and waivers to be filled out by each participant.

A First Aid Station is on-sight.

Camp Walden is an 800-acre enclosed wilderness area and is fully insured to host this type of event.

The organizers (Evolve Tours and Studentkind) are seasoned student and teen programming service providers and will be coordinating the event; including safety and risk management.
